Carrier Requirements
To become an approved carrier, you should meet the following requirements:
- Active USDOT and MC authority
- Valid operating authority
- Current cargo and liability insurance
- Satisfactory safety rating
- Signed carrier agreement
- W-9 on file
- Ability to provide tracking and communication during transit
Additional documentation may be requested during the onboarding process.
Load Information
Our carrier network transports a variety of freight across regional and long-haul routes. Load details, pickup and delivery instructions, appointment times, and special handling requirements are provided before dispatch to ensure a smooth transportation process.
Communication & Tracking
We believe communication is essential to successful logistics. Carriers are expected to:
- Confirm load acceptance promptly
- Provide pickup and delivery updates
- Notify dispatch immediately of delays or unforeseen issues
- Submit proof of delivery upon completion
